Return & Exchange Policy
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- We do not accept returns on swimwear, bodysuits, or accessories for hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit our Returns Center at katlingeriesets.com to start your request.
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
- Pack your items securely and ship them back to us.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size or style is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
